The CallHarbor Portal, Mobile App, and Web Softphone all use the same login.
This article assumes you are trying to access the Manager Portal, Web Softphone, or Mobile App.

How Do I Recover My Login Name?
Click the "Forgot Login Name" button on the login page. (In the red outline below)
Enter the email address associated with your account. If you have your email associated with more than one account, (e.g., User and General Voicemail), provide the extension number.
You will then receive your login name via email. If you need to add your email to your account, Office Managers can follow this Guide "Here" or email [email protected].
How Do I Reset My Password?
Click the "Forgot Password" button on the login page. (In the red outline below)
Provide your Login Name. If you do not know your login name, please recover your login name first.
You will then receive a password reset via email.
If you do not receive the email containing your login name or password reset, please contact CallHarbor Support. Include:
- Your name
- Extension
- Company name
- The email address associated with your extension
