Step 1. open Google Chrome and go to the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner:

2. Click on "Privacy and Security" menu on the left-hand side:

3.  Click on "Site Settings"

4. click on "View permissions"

5. near the top of the screen, type "callharbor" into the search bar and hit enter

6. click on the arrow to the right of "callharbor.com"

7. this brings down a submenu with "control.callharbor.com," click the arrow next to it:

8. Allow all of the permissions with the red arrows pointing to them (Microphone, Notifications, Pop-ups and redirects):

9. scroll down and allow permissions on everything with red arrows pointing to them (Your device use, Window management):

10. reload the Progressive Web App or web softphone:
