This article assumes that you are already signed into the CallHarbor portal. If you do not have a login to CallHarbor, please reach out to CallHarbor support.
User extenion number, Login Name, Caller ID and 911 Caller ID can't be changed in the portal. If you need any of these changed, please reach out to CallHarbor support.
How to change your user profile
- Start off by clicking on the Profile drop-down menu in the top right corner of the My Account page. The Profile popup window will then open over the My Account page.
- Once the profile popup has appeared there are a few items that you can change. They are first and last name, time zone, directory options, email address(es), portal password as well as voice mail pin.
- After you have made any changes, click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.
How to change another user's profile
This section of the article assumes that you are already signed into the CallHarbor portal with office manager privileges. If you do not have a login to CallHarbor or you do not have the correct privileges please reach out to CallHarbor support.
- Start off by clicking on the Users menu from within the main menu of your CallHarbor phone system. This will take you to the Users screen where we will be able to manage your Users.
- Once you have entered into the Users page you will see a list of all users that are on your phone system. You may click on either the name of the user or the pencil icon on the right-hand side to edit each user's settings.
- Once you have opened the user's profile there are a few items that you can change. They are first and last name, department, time zone, record user's calls, directory options, email address(es) as well as voice mail pin.
- After you have made any changes, click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.
