How do I add a user?

Adding a new user to callharbor will affect your callharbor bill, so customers don't have the ability to add users to callharbor through the portal. Instead, you will need to send an email to [email protected]. Make sure you include the new users:

  • name
  • extension number
  • the phone they will be using:
    • If using an existing phone: let us know the MAC address of the phone
    • If ordering a new phone: What type of phone: desk phone or cordless
  • If the user should be a part of any existing call queues, auto attendants, or direct phone numbers

 

How do I delete a user?

Deleting a user from callharbor will affect your callharbor bill, so customers don't have the ability to remove users from call harbor through the portal. Instead, you will need to send an email to [email protected]. Make sure you include the users:

  • name
  • extension number
  • Phone MAC address
