By default, the filter is set to show calls from the current and previous day.
To filter calls, click on the filter button under Call History on the left side of the page.
The filter window will then open over the Call History page.
You can filter your call history by date and time, User, Department, Caller Number, Dialed Number, and Call Type.
Please note that you can use a combination of filters to find the call(s).
Filter by Date and Time
To Filter by date and time, click in the From field, and calendar dropdown appears.
You can use the calendar to select the month and day and the slider to select the time of day.
Now that you have set the starting date and time you can now click in the To field to set the ending date and time, after clicking filter, the call history will now show calls between the two dates and times you set.
Please note you may also type in the date and time, in the correct format if you prefer.
Filter by User
To filter a call by User, click in the user field and enter the user's extension or name.
As you start to type a user's extension or name, a dropdown will appear with suggestions that you may select instead of typing it out fully.
Filter by Department
To filter a call by Department, click in the department field and enter the department.
As you start to type a department, a dropdown will appear with suggestions that you may select instead of typing it out fully.
Filter by Caller Number
To filter a call by Caller Number, click in the caller number field and enter the full or part of a number.
Filter by Dialed Number
To filter a call by Dialed Number, click in the dialed number field and enter the full or part of a number.
Filter by Call Type
To filter a call by Call Type, click the Select a call type dropdown and select an option.
Inbound Calls: This option will only show calls or that were made to your phone system.
Outbound Calls: This option will only show calls that were made from your phone system.
Missed calls: This option will only show calls that were not answered.
