Locating Call Recordings

This article assumes that you have are already located the call you want to listen to and have call recording enabled. You can learn more about filtering and locating calls here. If you need call recording enabled please contact CallHarbor support.
Once you have found the call you can listen to it in the portal or download a copy.

Listen to call recordings

To listen to a call recording, click the listen button on the right side of the page next to the call you want to listen to.

Download call recordings

To download to a call recording, click the download button on the right side of the page next to the call you want to download to.

No Recording

If the listen or download button shows No Recording, there is no recording of that call available in the portal. This can occur if the call ended before being answered, went to voice mail or if call recording was not enabled on the user or call queue that the call was routed through.

If you are missing a call recording that should be in the portal, please contact support immediately and include the caller name, phone number, date, time and duration of the call. There is a limited time window in which we may be able to recover the recording.
