An attended transfer allows for communication between the extensions before the transfer is completed.

Completing an Attended Transfer Via CallharborUC

1. Click on Atten...ansfer(Attended Transfer)

2. This will bring up the Dial Pad

*Dial to Transfer should be at the top*

​​3. Enter the extension to transfer to and Press the Call Button.

4. This will ring the extension entered.

*If unanswered, press End Call and you will be returned to the call that was being transferred, you will need to remove the caller from the hold.*

5. If answered, you will be connected to the extension dialed, you will need to click transfer to complete the transfer.

6. After completing the transfer, you will be brought back to the dial pad.
