This article outlines how to make changes to a user's phone through the portal.
This article assumes that you are already signed into the CallHarbor portal with advanced user or office manager privileges. If you do not have a login to CallHarbor or you do not have the correct privileges, please reach out to CallHarbor support.
How to make changes to your phone
Start off by clicking on the Phones menu in the main menu of the My Account page. This will take you to the Phones page.
In the phone menu, you can 1). See the current registration status of your phones, GREEN CHECK when registered, RED X when unregistered, 2). Edit the button configuration for a phone in Button Designer, you can learn more about the button designer here, 3). See the phone info.
How to make changes to another user's phone
This section of the article assumes that you are already signed into the CallHarbor portal with office manager privileges. If you do not have a login to CallHarbor or you do not have the correct privileges please reach out to CallHarbor support.
- Start off by clicking on the Users menu from within the main menu of your CallHarbor phone system. This will take you to the Users screen where we will be able to manage your Users.
- Once you have entered into the Users page you will see a list of all users that are on your phone system. You may click on either the name of the user or the pencil icon and select phones from the drop-down on the right-hand side to edit each user's settings.
- Once you have opened the user's profile click on the phone tab if needed.
