How do I change the default hold music for my domain?

1. Start by logging into call harbor and clicking on the music on hold icon.
2. Once you have entered into the Music on hold page, click the Add Music button. The Add Music popup window will appear.
3. Once the popup window appears, click the browse button and select the audio file you want to add. Then enter a name for it in the Song Name field and press upload.

How do I change the hold music for a specific user?
If you want one user to have a different hold music then your domain hold music, you can set their hold music.

3. Next, click the Add Music button. The Add Music popup window will appear.
4. Once the popup window appears, click the browse button and select the audio file you want to add to the user. Then enter a name for it in the Song Name field and press upload.
