In order to send text messages with your CallHarbor phone numbers, you will need to register your business for 10DLC. If you have phone numbers enabled for SMS, you should have received an email from CallHarbor support with instructions on registering for 10DLC. If you have not received an email, please open a ticket with CallHarbor support by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: 10DLC registration. We will send you more detailed instructions along with your company account number for registration.
What is Number Pooling?
T-Mobile has imposed a limit of 49 numbers per campaign. If your campaign requires more than 49 phone numbers, we will need to work with you to submit a request for a number pool. We are unable to assign number pools to 501(c)(3) entities at this time.
How Do I Request a Number Pool?
- First, please make sure you have filled out your Brand Registration Form and your Campaign Registration Form. In your Campaign Registration Form, please check “Yes” when you are asked if you need to register more than 49 numbers.
- CallHarbor then will submit your brand and campaign to be verified.
- Once both your brand and campaign are verified, we will submit a request for a number pool for your campaign.
Once your number pool request is approved by T-Mobile, we will be able to add your additional phone numbers to your campaign.
