In order to send text messages with your CallHarbor phone numbers, you will need to register your business for 10DLC. If you have phone numbers enabled for SMS, you should have received an email from CallHarbor support with instructions on registering for 10DLC. If you have not received an email, please open a ticket with CallHarbor support by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: 10DLC registration. We will send you more detailed instructions along with your company account number for registration.
What is a Campaign?
After you have registered your company ("brand") for 10DLC, you will need to register your campaign. A campaign defines the type of content you will be sending to consumers, and the phone numbers you will be using to send those messages.
How To Register Your Campaign
In order to register your campaign, you will need to fill out the CallHarbor 10DLC Campaign Registration form. Please see the instructions below:

After your have submitted your campaign registration form, CallHarbor will review your submission details. We will reach out if we need clarification or have any suggestions on items to fix. Then we will submit it for vetting by the Direct Connect Aggregator, and reach out with the vetting results.
