Phone System Call History
This section of the article assumes you are logged into the Manager Portal as a Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, or Office Manager
- Call Center Supervisors will have access to the call history of the agents assigned to them
- Site Managers will have access to the call history of extensions that belong to their site
- Office Managers will have access to all extension's call history

By default, the filter is set to show calls from the current and previous day.
To filter calls, click on the filter button under Call History on the left side of the page.
You can filter your call history by date and time, User, Department, Site, Caller Number, Dialed Number, and Call Type.
Please note that you can use a combination of filters to find the call(s).
Filter by Date and Time
To filter by date and time, select the From or To field
- Use the calendar to select the month and day
- Use the slider to select the time
Enter the date and time range to filter to.
Please note, the max range is 32 days. If the date range is above 32 days, you will not be able to filter.
Filter by User
Filtering by User will display all calls for the extension entered.
Click the textbox to the right of User to enter the extension.
As you start to type a user's extension or name, a dropdown will appear with suggestions that you may select instead of typing it out fully.
Filter by Department
Filtering by Department will display all calls for extensions that belong to the department specified.
Click the textbox to the right of department to enter the department.
As you start to type a department, a dropdown will appear with suggestions that you may select instead of typing it out fully.
Filter by Site
Filtering by Site will display all calls for extensions that belong to the site specified.
Click the textbox to the right of site to enter the site.
As you start to type a site, a dropdown will appear with suggestions that you may select instead of typing it out fully.
Please note that filtering by User will make Department and Site unavailable to filter by.
Filter by Caller Number
Filtering by Caller Number will display all calls in which the number entered is the number to initiate the call.
Click the textbox to the right of caller number to enter the full or partial number.
Filter by Dialed Number
Filtering by Dialed Number will display all calls in which the number entered is the number called.
Click the textbox to the right of dialed number to enter the full or partial number.
Filter by Call Type
Filtering by Call Type will display all calls based on the type selected.
Click the Select a call type dropdown and select an option:
Inbound Calls: This option will show calls made to your phone system.
Outbound Calls: This option will show calls made from your phone system.
Missed calls: This option will show calls that were not answered.
Once all of your filters are entered, press the Filter button. Cancel will disregard the filters.
Extension Call History

If you are a Call Center Supervisor or higher, you may need to switch the view of the portal from the entire phone system to your extension only. To do this, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then select My Account
