Change Your Own Answering Rules in the Portal

1. If you don't see the Answering Rules icon on your home screen, click your name and extension in the top right and select My Account

 

 

2. Click on the Answering Rules icon in the top middle part of the page

 

 

3. Hover your mouse over the pair of arrows on the lefthand side of the answer rule and then click and drag the rule up to give it priority over other rules or down to decrease its priority

 

 

4. Click the blue Save button

 

 

5. Confirm that the changes have taken place by checking that this message appears
