Send logs to the support team from the Call Harbor mobile app (CallHarborUC)
Log in
1. Tap the 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner of the screen and then tap “Settings.”
2. Tap “SIP Log.”
3. Tap the 3 verticle dots in the top-right corner of the screen and then tap “Share.”
4. Change the “To” line to “[email protected]”
5. Tap the send button if everything looks ready. You can add a message before sending if you would like to include additional details for the support technician.
