This is a list of unusual destinations you may see in call history and what they equate to:
nms - Caller hung up while the call was being processed for the next step in routing.
For example, if someone connects to an Auto Attendant and hangs up after the auto attendant completes the message but before the call completes the no key press routing, then nms would be displayed.

ToggleAvailability - This shows a user has logged into or out of a queue

SpeakAccount - The Caller hung up during the voicemail message but before leaving a voicemail

VMail (xxx) - The caller left a voicemail at the extension listed in the brackets

vmail - This shows a user calling the voicemail system to check their voicemail
![]()
Auto-Attendant - Caller hung up during the auto attendant
![]()
Call Queue - Caller hung up while in a call queue.
If it was a Park, they hung up while on hold in the park; if it was not a park, the caller hung up before the call was dispatched to agents in the queue
